It is advisable to take at least two forms of money
with you when travelling.
Credit cards and debit cards are increasingly accepted
overseas and are a convenient and safe way of obtaining
of by money via ATMS. Travellers cheques and / or some
cash should also be taken as ATMs don’t always work or
are not available in out of the way locations. Money
supplies should be kept separate in case of loss or
theft. Serial numbers of travellers cheques should be
kept separate from the actual cheques.
